We are merging support infrastructures with the broader Tricentis team. How does this affect you?

From February 18th, 2020:

  • Your qTest support portal will be transferred to a new and improved location under the maintenance of Tricentis.
  • The current qTest support portal will be discontinued.


Your Benefits:

  1. You will find support resources for all Tricentis products in one portal.
  2. You will be able to contact our support team via live chat as well as our other channels: e-mail, phone, and the online incident form.
  3. You will be able to connect and collaborate with other users in the community.
