7.5 Cross Projects Reports

In addition to the Reports that help do statistics in each project itself, there are currently two cross project reports. Users can leverage the reports to compare statistics between different projects.

Access to Cross Project Reports

  • Under Site Administration, click on tab Reports.
  • There you can see the two reports listed in the left menu.
  • Click on the links to open each report.

Defect Cross Project Report

This report provides with the detailed data of all Defect from multi-projects at the report run time. Follow these steps to view this report:

  1. Select Defects from the menu on the left hand side.
  2. By default, the report is loaded with no data. Users need to select the project to show the report.
  3. After select one or more projects from the drop down list, click on Show to view the data grid.

  4. After clicking on show button, the grid is filled with data. It may take a while for the report to be processed. The result is paging. You can navigate to the other pages to view the data.
  5. The report can be exported to excel file by clicking on Download XLS button. You can leverage the file for further analysis.

Test Execution Cross Project Report

This report provides with the detailed data of all Test Execution from multi-projects at the report run time. Follow these steps to view this report:

  1. Select Test Executions from the menu on the left hand side.
  2. By default, the report is loaded with no data. Users need to select the project to show the report.
  3. After select one or more projects from the drop down list, click on Show to view the data grid.
