I can’t select the application as it is one of the applications our company develops and is not on your list, I presume this will be the case for a lot of application development houses. Is there a reason I can’t capture any application? I find it odd that I can’t browse to the application I would like to record from the record button.

This happens in the case in which the application is run in a higher revelation (i.e. run as administrator) than qTrace. Please try running qTrace as administrator and refresh qTrace's application list.
